Getting a Bluetooth issue notification-Charge 3

Can't get charge 3 to sync with android phone,  has been but all of a sudden it's not

Please make sure to have the latest version of the Fitbit app (3.47 iOS and Android). For instructions on to check your current version please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

If you continue having difficulties to sync your Fitbit Charge 3, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1632792220415.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
