I have two lines of dead pixels going across the screen of my fitbit as well as a hazey white which covers the entire screen.
I have tried the restart option as suggested on another post but unfortunately this has not resolved the issue.
Although I know it can be used when swimming, I havent been swimming nor do I wear it in the shower etc.
Advice on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there @Becki27, welcome to the Community Forums. I appreciate the details provided in your post about the dead pixels on your Charge 3's screen. Thanks for letting me know that you've been taking good care of your tracker and for taking the time to restart it in order to fix the screen prior to posting here.
Since the restart you tried hasn't worked, I've created a case to get you in contact with our Support Team about this. They will be able to work with you and review your options. Please keep a lookout in your inbox to the email address associated with this Fitbit account. Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible since our support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
