I'm having trouble with my Charge 3 today. I've only had it a couple months. It's not consistently tracking steps like normal. There are times when I'll be walking and it doesn't track any steps, but there are also times when it will track them. So it's hit and miss on that. There are also times where the heart icon completely goes gray, as if I'm not wearing it or it's not detecting anything.
I looked at other messages and followed the suggestion of restarting the fitbit, but it didn't fix the problem. It's almost fully charged, so it's not a battery issue. Any suggestions?
