Same exact thing happened to me ☹️ thanks for the 35% off but what happens if future products have similar issues? I don't want to end up buying a new product every 1.5 years....

I too had the same problem....twice. Fitbit sent me a free replacement as the first was under warranty and now the replacement has the same problem. I think it has something to do with moisture? I do not submerge my wrist when washing dishes, etc but I’m thinking steam
and moisture might be the problem. It’s too annoying to have this happen repeatedly. I just ordered the Inspire 2. Hopefully this will be different.
