Hi, so I have my charge 3 just over a year now and yesterday it went wild vibrating, not charging properly and seeing lines through the screen. It won't turn on now at all, won't even charge. I recently updated the app software and then this happens..... Any suggestions on what I can do?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
