Charge 3 died during lockdown

My Charge 3 went dead after 11 months of usage. The one & only Fitbit Service Centre in Singapore (Mojito Redemption) is closed 'until further notice' due to COVID lockdown. Would I be able to claim warranty after the lockdown period though my receipt is more than 12 months old?

Hi

you can try your luck by emailing Fitbit support but I suspect once out of warranty they won’t do anything. I tried but mine was bought new from a seller on Carousell.

You may refer to my other post today where you can get it repaired - there’s this place named Technofied at Tannery Lane.

If you’ve tried the various methods to revive the display and failed BUT it is still syncing to the app, you can still use it. I suggest you then take your time looking for a new tracker.

If you’re still keen on Fitbit, Livehealthy SG by HPB has a discount up front but requires a 12 math Fitbit premium subscription. That may be worthwhile if you are monitoring your sleep.
