I have a charge 3 and literally at the end of my tether with it!
In May i did the app update and since then the syncing has been non stop problems! It take an hour to finally sync and only when on charge, next to my phone. On top of this in between when wearing and counting steps the time drops.
I have contacted customer support twice and nothing has changed, i feel like giving up. Today i left to sync and 2 hours later it still didn't and not the time is 3 hours behind!!
I am still waiting for support to help me and have tried everything on the help/support pages and everything customer support have told me to do.
Now i have uninstalled the app and tracker to start from scratch, rebooting and cleaning data as told to do before. Only now it won't even attach to the app!
Can anyone please help.....without giving me the obvious steps i have tried literally a million times 😔
I am so reliant on my fitbit and love it so much but if nothing improves i will have to give it all up!
I wish i had never updated the app now.
Please help.

Thank you for your reply.
I have contacted them again and i am still waiting for them to reply, no one has come back to help me, my tracker is over 4 hours lagging in time now and still won't connect.
I just feel so frustrated that i can't get the help i need!
