Since the update, constant issues. Went dim so restarted every thing. I have tried all suggestion, still nothing. Time is wrong, sleep stats are gone, steps and heart rate gone, and will not sync with my phone!

Hello @PamEK, thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with display if your Charge 3 being too dim. Sorry for the late response.
Before considering other options, could you please confirm if the Sleep Mode setting is activated on your device? This settings makes the screen more dim and prevents the device from vibrating and turning on with the wrist rotation.
Regarding the problems you've experienced to sync and your missing stats, I can see that you were already offered a few troubleshooting steps in this other thread of the Community.
