The screen on my Fitbit is so dim that I can't see it. But I have done the reset I can see the happy face but after that cannot see anything else. I have called Fitbit. My warranty expired in November. Over time my screen has gone dimmer and dimmer.
I really enjoy using my Fitbit. I will never purchase another one. This is my 4th one. This is a manufacturer problem. There should be a way to adjust the brightness using the app or something. What do i know. All Fitbit offered was a 25% off coupon.
