I have a charge 3 and the screen has gone dim. Tried various suggested fixes from the forums here but no good.
Asked the Fitbit helpline and they admitted this is a known problem with charge 3s and would ‘let me know’ when a fix was available.
So I guess I’ll have to buy a new device then! Pretty rubbish to be honest and will tell everyone to stay away from Fitbit products!!
