Charge 3 dim screen

My charge 3 was working perfectly fine until latest update now screen is dim and unusable outside. Unfortunately outside of warranty so Fitbit are only offering 35% off a new Fitbit. I’m really upset as not in a position to purchase a new Fitbit. And also was working absolutely fine until the update. Infuriating as it’s like a play on their part to get you to upgrade

Did you try scrolling down to settings?  Click on that and scroll down til you screen .  You should be able to click and return to regular screen
