Hi, @trendyart , welcome, this is the Charge 4 board, please confirm which Charge device you have, if a 3 I can move your post to the Charge 3 board. If you have a charge 4 a dimmed screen can be caused by a number of settings. Touch the side button for a couple of seconds and you get "do not disturb" and "sleep", both of these need to be "off" you can toggle the settings by touching the icon. If you swipe up here you can also control the "screen wake" function. From the clock screen swipe left to "settings" and you are presented with "brightness" touch the icon to toggle between auto, normal & dim, set to auto or normal.
FYG the "sleep" function dims the screen, disables the screen wake function and notifications and defaults the screen wake to the side button. This is designed so restless sleepers do not illuminate the screen at night inadvertently.
The search bar at the top of this page is your friend.
Let me know if you have a Charge 3.
Cheers
