I've had my Charge 3 for a little over a year and one night it randomly started glowing bright red and not turning on, even though I had just charged it the night before. It hadn't been damaged or anything, it was totally out of the blue.
I let it sit overnight and the red light went dark. I tried to charged it up, but when it turned back on it started going haywire. It has not synced in a week, no matter how many times I try. I've tried troubleshooting my location, WiFi and Bluetooth settings to no avail. My Fitbit also goes through fits of vibrating and turning on and off as if the clicker on the side was being triggered without me touching it.
When it's doing this it won't respond to touch and restarting it doesn't work. The freak outs last about an hour and when it's not freaking out, it won't track any data. The usual green light is not turning on and all of the trackers display "--" instead of data. There are also many black lines crossing the screen.
It also won't hold charge very long, it used to be able to go for about a week before needing to be charged and now it will only go a couple of hours. I have tried restarting it, and manually rebooting it and leaving it along for a while and charging it, basically everything I could think of. Nothing works.
