I had my Charge 3 for 10 days, it was working perfectly till this morning.
Around 5:30 am I synced it and since than it has gone blank and App does not find the device anymore.
I have try to restart it .. did not work !!!
Any suggestions??

It was not possible to fix the issue, therefore I was offered a replacement which I will be receiving today.
Hopefully the new one won’t have any default so that I can carry on enjoying my new fitness tracker.
