The screen on my Fitbit changed color drastically after I plugged it into my laptop to charge, it’s now a fuzzy grey display with vertical lines. The battery life only lasts about 2-3 days now. I attempted to restart it by holding the button down, but it will not restart.
Any suggestions? I do I know if I have a warranty? Can it be replaced? I've had my Charge 3 for 1.5 years.
