Charge 3 display and battery issues

I charged my Fitbit yesterday and noticed today it was almost out of battery. White lines also started appearing on my screen today. I’ve rebooted, tried a restart, and tried changing the clock face. Nothing makes any difference. I’ve had my charge 3 for 11 months. Any suggestions of what, if anything, else I can do?
