My screen as gone different shades of grey with lines all over it, its unresponsive when i touch it, its not counting steps properly or stairs elevation. I have tried the hard reset, but its still the same. I have only had the fitbit since January this year. Its not been dropped or anything.

Update, fitbit support have e-mailed and are replacing my fitbit, so problem is now solved

Still waiting for somebody from fitbit to respond, left a message on their "contact us" page on twitter aling with this one on here. Still no response. My screen looks like this
as anybody got any ideas 😣
