Hi there - please can someone help? The last 2 weeks I’ve been doing exercise recording, it starts fine and I check it during my workout and it’s OK, but 4 or 5 times in the last 2 weeks it just quits recording. Displaying normal clock screen and no data logged which is frustrating.
Several days ago black horizontal lines appeared in 4 places across the screen. I tried to do a reboot from the settings menu but it won’t acknowledge the tick press. So I did a restart while pulled in to the charger and it’s still the same.

I somewhat doubt a majority of Charge 3 users are not having issues with their device considering what I have read up to now. I’m hoping for a hardware fix to the issues with black lines & not being able to see the device face. As it stand now after two weeks I have just a portion of the face visible to read. If I go in a dark room/no lights I can just barely make out seeing the time & date. I’ve done all the provided suggestions. I am hoping that the engineers know what this issue is & send out a repair.
