My Charge 3 died last week, 11 days out of warranty, from the software issue everyone seems to having with their Charge 3. They offered me a discount on another Charge 3 or a Versa Lite, but I don't want either of those.
Does anyone know if the issue with the Charge 3 has been fixed in the Charge 4? It says it uses a different chip, just wondering if they've fixed the die suddenly while vibrating constantly issue. I'm leaning towards a Garmin at this point, based on my experience with FitBit's customer "support."
