Charge 3 display and syncing issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When attempting to restart my Charge 3, a horizontal white line appeared across screen. No smiley face appeared. Once I took it off the charger and put it back on, the smiley face appeared.

However, now an incorrect time is being displayed (18 minutes slow). It still fails to sync with my iPhone, which is why I was attempting the re-start. I have removed the Charge 3 from Bluetooth and restored that setting, but nothing seems to help.

It's great to see you around, @Beespajamas.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix these issues. About the display being corrupted, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you followed those steps.

Now about the syncing problem, check the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions there. Once you get your tracker to sync, it will show the correct time.

Let me know how it goes. 🙂

Oddly, none of the fixes I tried seemed to work, but the next day, my Charge 3 seemed to fix itself and was back on track.  Just a delayed reaction to the reset, perhaps.  I cannot explain, but I will take the win.
