Mar 2020 old charge3 display blank, got accidentally unpaired. Now unable to pair due to blank display. Device functionally fine.
Fitbit should be able to pair the device remotely, through server or assist passcode - less pairing. Instead, they are repeatedly disowning responsibility.

If you are seeing a blank screen but Charge 3 is vibrating, or the screen only turns on when on the charger, please restart your Charge 3 If that doesn’t work, change the clock face in the Fitbit app. If this fixes the issue, you can change the clock face back to the original clock face
