Hi,
I have had the device for more than 10 months now. It was working fine till last week, now there are 5-6 black lines horizontal & vertical on display and I am unable to read the content properly.
I have tried the solution posted on the forum but I am left with no success. I love the device would really appreciate if the issue is resolved.
Please help.
