Charge 3 display corrupted

Any tips on what to do?

I plugged my Fitbit in to charge two days ago, and the screen became super bright. I took it off the charger, and decided to let it die completely. I put it back on the charger, but now the screen looks glowed out in way? There are faint glow lines running vertically through the screen.

I did the 15 second hard restart, waited for the smiley face, but the screen is still messed up. Today, I also noticed a bit of a lag when I'm trying to move through screens or click through the  HR, steps, etc.

Any guidance is appreciated!
