I started getting horizontal lines couple weeks ago and I restarted my Fitbit but didn’t fix anything. I did my research and couldn’t fix it. Now I’m at the point I can’t see the battery pixel and steps I took. What am I suppose to do now?

I’ve had the same issue, I picked it up this morning and it had 5 lines across the top making it difficult to read the information. I have tried restarting it multiple times and I have changed the clock face just to be completely sure.
None of this has resolved the issue, anything else I can do?

I have one horizontal line across the top of the Retro Watch Time that appeared two days ago. I understand that we need to call customer service. I rebooted, restarted, changed the clock face and did a long restart. Nothing changed

So I got this problem fixed a few moths ago but the same thing came up and started horizontal lines again. I trued restarting it but didn’t work at all. Is this a common problem?

My lines are vertical (up and down) the display. Just randomly started this afternoon. I’ve tried restarting it but that did nothing.

I have also been noticing this on my fitbit screen where I'm no longer able to read anything on my fitbit and can't even see the time!! Its slowly getting worse each day!
