Hi, hopefully someone could help me ☹️
Sometime last week I noticed there were horizontal lines on the top of my screen. Looks like some pixels disappeared. I was hoping it was going to go away on its own but it hasn't. I tried changing the clock face but the lines are still there.
It still works properly but I'm afraid it might get worse with time. I got it as a Christmas gift on December 2018, so it hasn't even been a year. I take good care of it, so it's disappointing that it got like this out of nowhere. I sync it with my android Samsung Galaxy S10. Is there a way to resolve this? If not, would I qualify for a warranty?
Thanks.

Hi, I am on my third Charge 3 and I am still having problems. I purchased my Charge 3 when they were first released last year and within 5 months it started losing charge. Fitbit kindly replaced it with another Charge 3 only to have the same issue two more times. I am now on my third Charge 3 and now I am having the horizontal lines thru my screen. I have reset it and changed clock faces with no success. Fitbit please help because this is one device I have not had the pleasure of enjoying. It is not properly tracking my activity nor sleep. I was also a Charge 2 owner with the same issues which caused me to purchase the Charge 3.

I also have this issue. I received it for a Christmas gift and have had a replacement for the same issue now I am experiencing the same issue again except with several lines in the top third of the screen. It sounds like this is a bad issue with this model.

I have replied to Fitbit. They offered a replacement of the Charge 3 or a discount on certain replacement products. Since I have had one Charge 2 and three Charge 3, I chose to try the Versa Lite. I wish the option could have been the regular Versa, but I will give this one a chance. If I experience the same issues, I will be switching to an Apple Watch. Five Fitbit devices in less than 3 years is too costly and enough. I could have paid for two Apple Watches. If Fitbit would focus on the Charge 3 water resistant issue, I think it would solve the problem. I didn’t use it in any type of water, but it appears the Charge 3 does not adapt to sweat. I enjoyed my Charge 3, but too much activity causing perspiration has an impact on the battery charge area of the device.

It's great to hear that you will be receiving a Versa Lite. At the moment of receiving it, you can follow the instructions provided in the help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to set it up. If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it.
Happy stepping! 🙂

I am about to replace charge 3 for second time because of this issue - horizontal lines in display. I love the Fitbit but am considering changing to another model. I box with it - so anyone know if there is a Fitbit model stronger / more robust / better suited to that type of activity? I don’t smash it on anything but it is pretty jarring to work a bag or pads...
