My Fitbit Charge 3 started showing vertical white lines and the screen became way less responsive about a week ago. It went away briefly but came back after about 10 minutes. The lines showed up after putting it on the charger after returning home from work.
I have done everything. I have soft reset. Long reset. Changed the clock face. Exhausted the battery and recharged it and nothing has fixed it.
