My Charge 3 will not synch with my PC or Kindle. My Charge 2 had no issues with either device. Called tech support and was told the Charge 3 requires a smartphone. Don't have one. Anyone at Fitbit working on a software update so those of us without smartphones can synch their Charge 3?

Hello @Stryker13 and a warm welcome. If your PC has Bluetooth and Windows 10, then you should be able to sync using the Windows 10 app. Here is a link to the Charge 3 Manual -- see p9 of the manual.
