My Fitbit Charge 3, has recently started showing black horizontal lines on the display. Never gotten it wet, not in shower bath just normal day wear (I.e rain, washing hands, etc.) tried restarting 5x and changing the watch face as others have suggested but nothing has worked. Can anyone help me out?

hi there this has actually happened again on my replacement recently and now it’s completely not working, not syncing has lines and a white screen I cannot wear my Fitbit charge 3 due to this. Please can you get back to me? With a solution.

My Fitbit Charge 3, started showing black vertical lines on the display, though I never got it wet. I tried restarting but there was no change. It is totally dark now so I'm unable to use it.
Can anyone help me out?
