Charge 3 display corrupted

I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 for less than a year and just this week some of the pixels on the screen started to go out. It started with one line and then after a few hours spread to two.

 

A day later it seems that have of the screen is gone now and it's very difficult to read between the lines. I have tried restarting the device and it didn't seem to help.

 

In searching around the forums it seems other people have had some similar issues. Does anyone know how to get a hold of customer service to submit a warranty claim of some sort?

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker's display is corrupted, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.

Alejandra thanks for the advice but the long reboot did not work, I still have many black lines going through my screen.
