Charge 3 wouldn't pair to my phone, and has stuck on the time face, (after 6 weeks) when i went to reset it, the pin code would not work, stating it was the wrong number (it's not).
Now i'm trying to locate the pin code but the settings the forum tells me to go to aren't there. How do I find the Pin code? Thanks for the help.

Thanks for troubleshooting this setup issue. If you are having problems adding your Charge 3, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there. Your Charge 3 will display the code to setup.

I found that i had to power down the Charge 3 wait a minuet, also clear the app of all connections, and start to load it again, I now know that you also get a different pin every time you do this so that explains why the original pin didn't work...
