I'm fed up with my Charge 3 not working. Tired of the white lines that obscure the screen, the presses-swipes-taps that the thing won't respond to, tired of my steps not getting recorded accurately, and tired of not being able to trust this expensive piece of equipment. Most of all, I'm tired of Fitbit thinking it can turn out junk equipment and charge a lot for it. What's up, Fitbit?

I am sorry for the delay in response and understand how are you feeling. Regarding the issues you are experiencing with your Charge 3, what troubleshoot have you tried so far? Are you still having these problems?.

I returned my Charge 3 to Costco. This is the second $100+ Fitbit device to fail on me. You should have stayed with the pebble technology. I also dumped my shares of your stock. You make an unreliable product and I will never buy from you again.

I’m going to cancel my premium subscription and return if I find out where it was purchased.
