Charge 3 steps count inaccurate

The last couple of days I had issues where the number of steps were different on my tracker and the app for windows 10 (dashboard). The tracker had indicated I had reached 10,000 steps but in the app only 6000 were displayed. There seems to be a difference of a couple of thousand steps.

Last night I manually sync'd the tracker and the number of steps were the same in app and tracker (15,000). This morning when I checked the app again for yesterday, the number of steps has reduced to 7000 (so more than half less than indicated yesterday).

I have already tried re-pairing and restarting the tracker, but this doesn't help.

Welcome to the Forums, @Vinci3011.

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this accuracy issue.

I would like to know if you keep experiencing this problem? Are you manually logging any type of activity that might be taking away some of your information? If so, I recommend deleting that activity and see if your information goes back to normal.

I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂
