My new fitbit charge 3 is not receiving any notifications, ie, text, emails etc. All notifications enabled. Any ideas?

I see an Iphone XR on the Approved Devices list but not a 10XR. I have no idea if that matters but if your phone is not on the Approved Devices list it may work for some functions and not others.

I am having this same issue with notifications with my Charge 3 and my IPhone 11.
When I had my iPhone 8plus, I had no issues with this.

I'm having the same problem. I have tried EVERYTHING...I just chatted with "Eliana C." from Fitbit who said there's an issue with iOS 13.5.1 (iPhone Xr) and Fitbit Charge 3s. She was very nice and helpful - I was probably on with her for 30 minutes - but I bet that was just an excuse because she couldn't figure it out? She couldn't tell me when it would be resolved which is annoying. I'll probably just ditch Fitbit and get an Apple watch...sad because I've loved by Fitbit but it doesn't work!
