Charge 3 display corrupted

Help... my Charge 3 has vertical lines across the screen. This will be the 2nd time this has happened, 1st one got replaced which I was very grateful for but I don’t understand why this has happened again. I reported it last week but still waiting for a response from Fitbit on next steps. I've done the reset... wait for smile, change clock face but still has the same issue. Is there anything more I can do?
