Hi!
I have an Charge 3 and an iPhone 11 PRO Max.
Earlier when I tracked a walk or a run I always could see my pulse zones statistics for the activity. Since a couple of months I can’t see that info any more. Why? The app just says that ”pulse zones could not be tracked”..
Regards
Sabine

Hello @sabiiine you haven't mentioned which of the 4 possible ways that you track your activity?
Are you starting the walk/run tracking from your wrist, or from the Fitbit app on the phone?
If you are starting the activity from the Fitbit app on the phone, this is a known problem that is being looked into.

I start the activity in the app in my iPhone. For how lång has this been a known problem?

I've been having thd issue since July last year... So I've been starting the activity on my fitbit device instead which then still provides heart rate data. However, since the update last week, the GPS tracking is way off using this method (5.87k via fitbit, 6.9k via app, 7.3k via onthegomap.com) so I need to choose between an inaccurate distance or no heart rate data 😞

Can't say how long @sabiiine it was only a couple weeks ago it was brought to the attention of the council.
