Hi there, I have black lines across my screen, Fitbit Charge 3. I have restarted twice, but it doesn't go away... Can this be fixed?

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker's screen is corrupted, I recommend taking a look at this post and confirm you have followed the steps there.
