I started getting black lines across the screen of my Fitbit in March. I have tried doing a hard restart. I have tried email customer support. I have tried calling the help line, but was disconnected and not called back. Is there anything I can do about the black lines on the screen of my fit bit. I can barely read the screen anymore.
