Charge 3 won't sync with computer

Hi, my Fitbit is syncing fine to the Fitbit app. However on the Fitbit dashboard on the website it says not device is paired. I need it to pair as this connect to my health insurance. Thanks

If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
