Charge 3 display corrupted

Hey, I emailed you and told you that my screen is pixelated, and you asked me to change the clock face and sync my account to solve this, and I did all these things but nothing changes and my screen getting worse every day, and no one from the support replies to me!

can you please tell me what can I do?

Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual. Since you already opened a case with support, I recommend waiting for their reply, I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
