After taking my Charge 3 off the charging cable it began vibrating and constant screen cycling. Tried all reset options with no luck. Battery then drained in less than 24 hours. Continued efforts to reset including in session with customer service failed to solve the problem. I like the product but it is extremely unreliable. This is my 3rd replacement after previous battery failures and pixilated screens. They tell me my warranty has now expired even though this replacement is only months old. Even though I like the form and function (when it works), I don’t dare invest more money in an eventual brick.
