Charge 3 display corrupted

White lines started to appear on my screen. I tried all recommended option to fix but it just got worse. My battery today drained within an hour, I re charged it fully and the sand thing happened within an hour. I enrolled support with my initial problem about the lines but still haven’t heard back and since then the fit bit is just unusable!
