My Fitbit is 5 months old and the pixels at the top are starting to disappear. Time and date are now barely readable. Can this be fixed at all?

Mine has done the same but only since the new update, I cannot see my screen at all now. Changed the clock face as that sometimes helps but nothing. A completely blank screen??
