Charge 3 Dim Display

I've changed the brightness, but it is still so dim.

@blacklatina101 "Normal" is the brightest setting on the Charge 3, unfortunately.  You will have a very hard time reading it outside, but you should be able to see it clearly under normal indoor lighting conditions.
