Charge 3 display corrupted

Yesterday I noticed a black line across my clock face. Today there are three and my heart rate is not appearing. I’ve restarted a few times. I’ve tried to change the clock face, but it won’t allow me to do that ... it just keeps spinning and saying unavailable.
