I bought the Fitbit Charge 3 for my mom as a gift and just received it today. I took it out of the box to check it and charge it for her and saw that the screen has 3 horizontal lines running across the screen. I have look through the forums and have tried to reset/ restart it but the issue still persists. What should I do. Please help.
