Hello, yet again I am having problems with my Fitbit Charge 3. This happened at the end of last year which resulted in you sending me a new one which was great service.
I have about 5 lines running through my screen again. I have tried a reset, have changed the clock face and I have tried a long reset. Please advise on what I need to do next. Thank you.
