I've had my Fitbit almost a year. I was charging my Fitbit, when my alarm went off. I went to turn it off, and the vertical white lines showed up. I tried to reset it plugged in, and not. It would start looping through my stats, and not stop until I found a way to turn my screen off. I also tried setting the clock face to a different setting. Now, along with the white lines, there is a horizontal black line.
