Charge 3 display corrupted

Hello, I have noticed some black horizontal lines across my screen, it started off with one but now I have many all over my screen and it is making it difficult to read certain notifications and data.

 

I have tried to do a normal reboot and have plugged my device in and done a full restart but the lines are still there. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this problem or the best way to contact Fitbit as I am struggling to get through to anyone!
