Charge 3 was purchased 2/20/19. December 19, 2019 - grey screen with horizontal lines. After multiple restarts, no success. It was replaced December 20, 2019. Today - July 12, 2020 - the same thing again. Multiple restarts that haven't worked. I love my Fitbit, but every one I've owned has had at least one issue that required replacement. I'm no longer frustrated, I'm angry.
There are features on the Charge 4 that I would like, but I'm losing confidence in this product line. I seriously hope that Fitbit can help me.
