For the second time in 17 months, gray screen, dark lines, unresponsive screen. Replaced the end of December 2019, same problem again, 6 months later. Unfixable with resets. No relief from Fitbit except a 25% discount that doesn't include the Charge 4!
When I asked for a refund on the $80/yr Premium I just paid, I'm told it's not their problem: Google made the transaction. Another series of hoops to go through! How does Fitbit stay in business?
